Job Opportunity: Senior Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive business growth in the US IT contingent staffing landscape.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong network of industry contacts, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with mid-sized to large enterprises in the US.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers such as Hiring Managers, Procurement Managers, and HR executives.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver qualified IT contingent resources that meet client requirements.
  • Negotiate and secure contracts that benefit both parties.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular progress updates to leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, client needs, and competitor strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or business development within the US IT Staffing industry (Contingent Staffing focus).
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong existing network of industry contacts and a deep understanding of the US staffing and hiring lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A self-motivated individual with a strong sense of urgency and a hunter mentality.
