Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development or account management roles
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Understanding of sales funnels and different stages
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
  • Ability to analyze data and sales statistics to inform business decisions

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and executing business growth strategies
  • BUILDING AND MAINTAINING STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS WITH KEY CLIENTS
  • Identifying new business opportunities and capitalizing on them
  • Managing communication between internal stakeholders and clients
  • Tracking delivery timelines and quality to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Presenting reports to senior management on business progress and goals
