
IT Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to drive business growth and expansion. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business leads through market research, cold calling, and social media engagement
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high-quality lead generation and conversion
• Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to engage prospective clients and nurture existing leads
• Research and identify potential customers using sales intelligence tools and online searches
• Articulate the value proposition of our IT services and negotiate initial objections as part of scheduling appointments
• Achieve quota of highly qualified leads per month and conversion to an opportunity
• Develop and maintain a daily plan to maximize phone time, including pre-call planning and adhering to territory hours and metrics
• Utilize CRM tools, email tools, database tools, and IT software effectively in business development processes
Requirements:
• 1-4 years of experience in business development, lead qualification, telesales, inside sales, or related experience in a B2B outbound environment
• Domestic/International calling experience (mandatory)
• Fluency in regional languages (Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, etc.)
• Experience in India, US, Europe, and other international markets for IT inside sales/sales is highly preferred
• MBA in Sales and Marketing is always preferred
• Proven track record at achieving measurable goals (number of appointments, lead quality, etc.)
• Experience in generating executive level leads for Enterprise Company
• Experience in inside sales, BPO outbound calling
• Knowledge and experience working with salesforce.com, Discover.org, One Source, Inside View, and apollo
• Proficient in using Sales Navigator and Email marketing
• Expert in zoom, google, microsoft teams, or other Virtual conferencing tools and Microsoft office
