Fundraising Manager - Business Growth Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled fundraising manager to lead our business growth initiatives. This is a key role that requires strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective funding strategies to support business growth.
  • Negotiate with banks, financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders to secure funding opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with lenders, investors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of funding plans.
  • Evaluate funding proposals and assess financial viability to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and present funding reports, MIS, and progress updates to senior management.
  • Monitor fund utilization and ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with finance and senior management teams to forecast and plan funding needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising, funding management, or corporate finance.
  • Strong network with banks, financial institutions, and investors.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial instruments, funding processes, and compliance.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to secure and manage large funding deals.
  • MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA or equivalent qualification preferred.
