We are a leading provider of end-to-end fundraising solutions, established in the industry. With thousands of transactions under our belt, we offer bespoke solutions to meet the unique fundraising needs of clients.

We follow a result-oriented approach, prioritizing client confidentiality and engagement. This allows us to function as an extension of the client's fundraising team, providing a seamless experience.

Our SaaS managed services assist users in structuring fundraising rounds, valuations, and investor collateral, such as pitch decks and financial models. Additionally, we connect entrepreneurs with a global network of investors, including Angels, HNIs, Family offices, Venture capital, Private Equity, Hedge funds, Funds of funds, Banks, and LPs.

Our goal is to make the process of investor access cost- and time-effective. By building a funnel of interested investors, we enable founders and entrepreneurs to focus on their core business while our team handles investor outreach and pipeline development.

Key Responsibilities

  • We assume a multi-faceted role, encompassing front-end and back-end responsibilities to ensure customer success and manage relationships with clients.
  • We create deal documents, such as pitch decks, financial models, business plans, and teasers, for clients across various sectors, geographies, and stages of business operations.
  • We advise and consult clients on structuring funding rounds, considering current market conditions and suitable investor needs.
  • We evaluate private investment market trends, funding asks, valuations, financial models, and business projections.
  • We deliver high-quality services to clients while adhering to strict deadlines and managing multiple deals simultaneously.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of prior Investment Banking/Investment Analyst experience (preferred).
  • CFA Level 1 or 2 passed candidates (preferred).
  • Knowledge or prior experience in startup fundraising/venture capital industry (distinct advantage).
  • We are a remote team, allowing you to work from anywhere.
  • You should own a laptop and have a good internet connection for day-to-day operations.
  • Excellent written and spoken English is required.
  • We provide a 5-7 day training session once you join.
