Job Title: Enterprise Director

The Chief Operating Officer plays a pivotal role in driving the end-to-end operations of Asset Reconstruction Company.

This executive will lead, monitor, and enhance the overall operations ensuring efficiency, compliance, and seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, defining process flows, and implementing strategic direction to support business scalability and security.
  • Process Excellence: This executive will oversee the improvement of operational processes, aligning with regulatory requirements and business goals.
  • Transaction Monitoring: The Chief Operating Officer will evaluate and report on the status of transactions, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and timely updates to senior management.
  • Technology Oversight: This executive will provide strategic direction for IT systems and processes, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives.
  • People & Culture: The Chief Operating Officer will oversee HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement to build a high-performing culture.
  • Financial Stewardship: This executive will supervise the finance function to ensure sound financial management, compliance, and accurate reporting.
  • Risk & Governance: The Chief Operating Officer will provide oversight to the Audit function, ensuring strong internal controls, compliance with regulatory norms, and proactive risk management.

Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in financial services, with significant exposure to ARC / NBFC / Banking operations.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks governing ARC business.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and process management capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
