Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive legal strategy and execution across our Go-to-Market initiatives and AI business vertical. This role sits at the intersection of law, technology, and business, and will be central to enabling growth while managing risk in highly dynamic and regulated industries.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Structuring, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts with distributors, OEMs, enterprise customers, and channel partners
  • Driving agile and compliant GTM execution, including product launches, consumer warranties, after-sales programs, and marketing communications
  • Advising on AI governance, data usage, licensing, and responsible AI frameworks, ensuring alignment with global laws and emerging Indian regulations
  • Protecting and commercializing IP, algorithms, and proprietary datasets across AI and EV businesses
  • Leading implementation of data privacy and cybersecurity frameworks, covering cross-border data transfers and compliance-by-design
  • Managing regulatory risks, disputes, and external counsel strategy, ensuring proactive risk mitigation
