Job Title: Ecommerce Director

A seasoned leader is required to spearhead the growth and success of our e-commerce platform.

About the Role:

• Owning the full P&L, setting revenue, margin, and CAC/LTV targets.
• Crafting a holistic growth strategy across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Forecast demand and manage end-to-end inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Define product-market fit, localize hero SKUs, and craft new-product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with R&D to adapt formulations for regional regulations and sensorial preferences.
• Orchestrate 360° marketing, establishing data pipelines and dashboards to track key performance metrics.
• Negotiate with logistics providers and duty consultants to optimize landed costs and SLAs.
• Recruit, mentor, and performance-manage cross-functional teams.
• Drive customer obsession, delivering strategic partnerships and ensuring legal compliance.
• Benchmark competition and deliver actionable intel on pricing, share-of-voice, and shelf velocity.

Qualifications:

• Tier 1 colleges only (IIMs, XLRI, MDI, ISB etc.)
• 10 to 17 years of relevant work experience in Retail industry (FMCG, Retail, E commerce)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, data, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to drive and manage own tasks effectively
