Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Government Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts for IT and security solutions within the government sector. This role involves driving sales activities, identifying opportunities, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

About the Role
  • Owning and managing end-to-end sales activities for government accounts across central/state departments, police, and public sector bodies.
  • Driving demand generation for enterprise IT, security, and fraud prevention solutions.
  • Identifying and nurturing opportunities through direct engagement, tenders, and empanelment processes.
  • Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers in government and PSU sectors.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Proposal development, presentations, and budgetary discussions tailored to customer pain points.
  2. Coordination with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure solution alignment with client needs.
  3. Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and timely closure of deals.
  4. Ensuring post-sales account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and sustained engagement.
Requirements
  • B.E./B.Tech or equivalent from a reputed institution.
  • Minimum 8+ years of B2G (Business-to-Government) IT sales experience.
  • Proven success in selling IT/software/security solutions to Government/PSU clients.
Preferred Skills
  • Prior experience in GovTech, e-Governance, cybersecurity, or fraud prevention solution sales.
