Job Opportunity: Government Sales Expertise

Seeking a highly experienced professional with 6-15 years of expertise in government sales, media strategy, and public sector engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with institutions such as DIPR, DAVP, PSUs, and other government agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead engagement with central and state ministries, PSUs, and defense/public communication departments.
  • Develop long-term sales strategies aligned with government priorities and media objectives.
  • Represent the organization in policy-level discussions, positioning it as a trusted media partner.
  • Design and present integrated media campaigns (broadcast, digital, print, outdoor) tailored to government and PSU objectives.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of government and PSU tenders, RFPs, and contracts.
  • Track campaign KPIs, client satisfaction, and delivery metrics.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Media Studies, Public Policy, or related field.
  • Minimum 6-15 years of experience in government sales, PSU engagement, media strategy, or public sector consulting.
  • Proven success in securing and managing large-scale government/PSU contracts.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in sectors such as public health, education, infrastructure, or civic engagement.
  • Familiarity with GeM, PSU tendering, e-procurement platforms, and compliance protocols.
