Job Title: Design Governance Specialist

Drive compliance and governance across our teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance & Governance
    • Ensure adherence to process frameworks, identifying and closing operational control gaps impacting service quality, timelines, or cost.
    • Monitor and resolve governance risks, addressing non-compliance or deviations related to internal stakeholders.
  • Audit Readiness & Documentation
    • Maintain all project documentation in audit-ready format, leading monthly/quarterly internal audits and ensuring timely closure of findings.
    • Track and update governance metrics through structured dashboards and trackers.
  • Stakeholder & Partner Coordination
    • Liaise with teams to reinforce a governance-first mindset, working directly with partners to ensure clarity on compliance expectations and accountability.
    • Conduct workshops and refreshers to educate stakeholders on new or revised SOPs.
  • Reporting & Escalation Management
    • Prepare compliance reports and governance scorecards for business reviews, escalating recurring non-compliances or systemic partner issues.
    • Present RCA and recommend preventive measures.
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Design or comparable field. MBA is an added advantage.
    • At least 6-7 years of experience in interior fit-out business, operating role managing revenue-generating teams or selling design products/services.
    • Strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, and ability to convey business requirements effectively.
    • Structured thought process, strong analytical ability, and leadership skills to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
    • Deep understanding of interior fit-out industry processes, market trends, and customer empathy.
