Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, cost control, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to ensure the company's financial stability.
  • Cost Control: Conduct thorough cost analysis to support pricing decisions and improve cost efficiency.
  • Banking Operations: Oversee daily banking operations, payments, receipts, and transaction management to ensure seamless cash flow.
  • Inventory Accounting: Monitor and control inventory accounting, including stock valuation and reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Export Transactions: Handle export transactions, foreign remittances, and related compliance to minimize risks.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and Balance Sheets on a monthly/quarterly basis to provide stakeholders with accurate financial information.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements to maintain the company's reputation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Financial Knowledge: Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost accounting, and inventory management.
  • Banking Experience: Experience in banking operations and export transactions is essential.
  • Financial Reporting: Proficiency in financial reporting, MIS preparation, and compliance is crucial.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent command over P&L, Balance Sheet preparation, and reconciliations.
  • Communication Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary.
  • ERP Skills: Proficiency in ERP/Tally/SAP and MS Excel is required.
Qualification:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA): Mandatory qualification for this role.
  • Manufacturing Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing plant is preferred.
