Circle Account Manager

Deputy Manager

Job Purpose:

The role is responsible for business growth and development within the defined circle. It involves achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, and ensuring timely collections of dues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track and monitor collections against receivables and ageing of receivables regularly.
  • Provide regular status updates to the Manager with details of amount due, current status, and action plan for recovery.
  • Plan and execute visits to clients within the circle to build strong relationships and ensure timely collection of dues.
  • Engage with internal finance teams for accurate reconciliation of payments and resolution of collections related issues.
Responsibilities:Collections:
  • Achieve 100% collection as per Monthly Target.
  • Monitor DSO and Aging of outstanding.
  • Identify any issues that may impact timely collection of dues and escalate them promptly.
  • Support internal customer onboarding for timely collections.
  • Adhere to Collection Process and Escalation Matrix.
  • Resolve collections related issues in a timely manner.
