This includes master service agreements, partnership agreements, reseller agreements, commercial contracts, vendor contracts, real estate agreements, and technology contracts. Additionally, you will assist in providing advisory support on employment/HR matters, liaising with external counsel, formulating compliance frameworks, managing client compliance, drafting policies, conducting research, creating trackers, participating in audits, engaging in automation initiatives, and performing other assigned tasks.
The ideal candidate has 8-12 years of post-qualification experience and is detail-oriented, proactive, and confident. We seek law graduates from reputable colleges with CS qualifications a plus.
