Lead Fundraising and Partnerships Executive

Are you a strategic fundraiser with a passion for building lasting relationships with donors? We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our fundraising efforts and develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with our growth goals
    2. Build and maintain relationships with key donors, CSR leaders, and philanthropists
    3. Oversee the development of high-quality proposals, pitches, and reports that effectively communicate our impact
    4. Manage a robust pipeline of funding opportunities and ensure timely reporting on progress and outcomes
    5. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between fundraising efforts and programmatic needs

  • Requirements:

    1. 12-15 years of experience in fundraising, strategic partnerships, or business development within the nonprofit or CSR space
    2. Proven track record of raising ₹12Cr+ from CSR heads, foundations, or HNIs
    3. Compelling storyteller and sharp writer with expertise in translating complexity into clarity
    4. Strong grasp of India's social impact ecosystem and ability to understand funder priorities
    5. Ability to thrive in a high-autonomy, high-accountability environment
