About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our building products division. This individual will be responsible for overseeing key categories, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

Salary Range: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Scope of the Job:

  • Lead sales teams in managing key categories such as bath and sanitation, luxury furniture, kitchen, marbles, and wall decor.
  • Develop strong relationships with building material brands, architects, and interior designers.
  • Pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Create and execute business strategies based on industry trends and competitive analysis.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and deliver impactful sales presentations.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building products industry.
  • Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record in driving revenue and developing sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
