Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team at Osmosys Software Solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating engagement with new customers and strategic partners in Canada and/or UK.

You will maintain an active calling strategy, using provided tools to prioritize outreach over email campaigns, and identify key decision-makers and relevant audiences within target companies to maximize engagement success.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in SaaS sales, ideally with products like Dynamics 365 CRM or similar.
  • Proven track record in outbound phone sales, prospecting, and setting appointments with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with decision-makers.
  • Ability to coordinate across teams, especially with technical departments, to arrange product demos.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and calling/sales automation platforms.
