Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Inside Sales division, you will be responsible for driving lead generation and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet quarterly and yearly revenue targets
  • Build relationships with clients and prospects to understand their needs and preferences
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads and sales activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide sales support and ensure seamless customer experiences

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 3-7 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the IT services industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
