Sales and Business Development Professional

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Inside Sales division, you will be responsible for driving lead generation and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet quarterly and yearly revenue targets
- Build relationships with clients and prospects to understand their needs and preferences
- Utilize CRM software to track leads and sales activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide sales support and ensure seamless customer experiences
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3-7 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the IT services industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
