About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven sales professional with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in converting leads into sales. The successful candidate will engage with potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Conversion: Follow up on leads generated by the marketing team, convert them into sales, and achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers to promote our products/services and build strong relationships.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their benefits and address customer queries.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to close sales and drive revenue growth.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, including progress toward targets and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and persuade customers.
  • Experience: 1-3 Years experience in B2C sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Sales Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to handle objections and drive sales.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
  • Education: A High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt sales techniques to different customer needs and market conditions.

About the Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
