IT Sales and Business Development Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven IT Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team at TecTigers. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving outbound sales initiatives to acquire and nurture new clients for our IT services.
Key Responsibilities:- Outbound Sales & Lead Generation:
- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to present TecTigers' IT services and solutions.
- Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and create a pipeline of high-value opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to identify their IT needs.
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions, ensuring a positive brand image.
- Sales Planning & Strategy:
- Develop and implement outbound sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and presentations.
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential markets for IT services.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to improve offerings and address client needs effectively.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, outbound sales, or a related role in the IT services industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Basic understanding of IT services, solutions, and industry trends.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email marketing tools is preferred.
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
