**Job Description**
MEL SYSTEMS AND SERVICES LIMITED is looking for a seasoned Sales Manager - Automation Solutions to lead our sales efforts in Chennai.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of automation solutions and their applications.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote automation solutions to clients
- Manage a team of sales executives and provide guidance and support as needed
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
**Requirements:**
- 12+ years of experience in sales and marketing
- Strong understanding of automation solutions and their applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
**Salary Range:** ₹50,00,000 - ₹75,00,000 per annum (dependent on location and performance)
