Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Outreach: Actively engage with prospective clients through calls and Whatsapp to establish relationships and identify potential opportunities.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets to drive business growth.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiation Skills: Effectively handle negotiations to close deals while maintaining profitability.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competition, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
  • Follow-up and Closure: Diligently follow up with leads and ensure timely deal closure.
  • Feedback Handling: Address client feedback, concerns, and queries promptly and professionally.
  • CRM Updates: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales team members to align efforts and maximize results.
Requirements

Education: Any Bachelor's degree

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
  • Ability to handle rejections and persist in pursuing leads
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
