About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Sales Professional and take on a key leadership role in driving our business growth in the Tamil Nadu market. As a Senior Sales Professional, you will be responsible for achieving primary and secondary AOPs of product units and revenue, developing and executing sales plans, and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Achieving monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and developing accurate sales plans to meet these targets.
  • Driving the value proposition to protect ASPs for better margins and understanding competitive products, features, strengths, and tactics for timely modifications of strategy.
  • Appointing and expanding distribution networks for market coverage, distributor reviews for effective inventory management, daily coordination, customer relationship, and discipline, compliance, and proper coverage.
  • Setting targets for channel teams, performance monitoring, and quarterly evaluation, clear communication on performance and revenue gaps, forecasting and reviewing distributor performances, and mastering technological applications.
  • Negotiating price with Corporates to maximize profitability, developing and retaining KOLs and Top 20 key accounts in assigned markets, creating quality market development activity with KOLs for long-term business associations.
  • Driving customer engagement for share growth and size growth through KOL-initiated live workshops, trainings, and COE initiatives, planning and facilitating execution of training and technical programs for Key Hospitals, and engaging non-medical customers, hospitals administrators, BMEs to maintain productive and positive business relationships.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A BS/BE/BTech in Biomedical Engineering or a related field, with a PG in Business Management being useful.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Surgical Products, preferably endoscopic range, with extensive experience in the entire Tamil Nadu market.
  • Good knowledge of digital adaptiveness platforms - MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a willingness to travel extensively and experience of trade markets.

What We Offer
