Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development: Design and execute multichannel demand generation campaigns across email, SEO/SEM, paid advertising, webinars, content syndication, and emerging channels to drive leads and pipeline growth.
  • Tactical Collaboration: Partner with product and sales teams to synchronize marketing strategies with business objectives, ensuring a seamless flow of leads through the sales funnel.
  • Digital Campaign Optimization: Manage and refine paid digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook to maximize ROI.
  • Marketing Asset Creation: Drive the development of marketing materials, including landing pages, email templates, ad creatives, and case studies to bolster lead generation efforts.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance lead quality and volume.
  • Automation and Nurturing: Leverage marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot to manage workflows, lead nurturing programs, and convert leads into opportunities.
  • Website Optimization: Optimize the website for lead generation through SEO best practices, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Thought Leadership: Collaborate with content marketing to create thought leadership assets (blogs, whitepapers, case studies) that attract prospects and generate demand.
  • Partner Management: Build and manage relationships with external partners and agencies to scale demand generation efforts.
  • Account-Based Marketing: Work closely with the sales team to implement account-based marketing strategies, ensuring alignment between marketing campaigns and target accounts.
