Demand Generation Director

At Odessa, we're seeking a seasoned professional to drive our digital marketing initiatives and spearhead demand generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies and campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Search, and other relevant platforms.
  • Implement and manage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target key accounts, foster deeper relationships, and enhance ROI.
  • Effectively allocate and forecast demand generation budget to maximize ROI and ensure optimal performance across all campaigns.
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to improve key metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per lead.
  • Oversee search engine marketing (SEM) activities, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and A/B testing to enhance search engine visibility and lead acquisition.
  • Manage and optimize digital assets to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, and content teams, to align demand generation efforts with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience in demand generation, SEM, and digital marketing, preferably in a B2B software environment with longer sales cycles.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant marketing platforms and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Effective project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in digital marketing is a plus.
Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for career advancement, regular learning and development, and exposure to a leading FinTech solution and the latest applications of technology in the world of financial services.
