Demand Generation Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive business growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned marketer to join our team and make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
- Lead the technical implementation of marketing automation workflows and strategies to align with business objectives.
- Manage campaign execution, including A/B testing, lead nurturing, and lead scoring.
- Design and implement KPI dashboards to track marketing campaign performance.
- Conduct deep analysis of marketing campaign metrics using advanced tools and frameworks to generate actionable insights and strategies.
- 6-10 years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on SaaS or technology industry.
- Experience designing and automating email marketing campaigns using advanced features of Marketo, HubSpot, and other tools.
- Proven track record of successful campaign development and execution in PPC and LinkedIn paid social campaigns.
- Understanding of the relationship between a marketing automation platform and Salesforce, regarding how campaigns/data is synced, as well as the field mapping processes.
- Experience with marketing tools and platforms (HubSpot, Hootsuite, Marketo, SEMrush, etc.) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
