**Job Summary:**

The Sales and Partnership Development Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing relationships with new and existing partners through high-touch networking, lead generation, and market research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to gather relevant information on potential clients, understanding their business needs and pain points.
  • Initiate outbound prospecting efforts through various channels, including phone calls, emails, social media, and networking events.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team by effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of our IT solutions.
  • Closely collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies, refine messaging, and ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects using CRM tools and maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular feedback to the marketing and product teams regarding lead quality and customer insights to optimize sales and marketing strategies.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and conferences to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Develop complete proposals that meet customer needs, highlighting win themes and providing exceptional value.
  • Assess the competitive landscape and track key market trends and developments.
  • Provide administrative support and excellent customer service, ensuring seamless communication.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong desire to succeed and grow in a sales career.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Compensation and Benefits:
