Role Overview

Career Prof seeks a highly skilled Education Sector Sales and Partnership Executive to join our team in Navi Mumbai. This role will involve engaging with educational institutions, generating meeting funnels with college directors, principals, and faculty, and nurturing leads to build strategic relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Proactively reach out to college directors, principals, and faculty via phone and email to schedule meetings for the Business Development team, as well as B2C student outreach for MBA programs.
  2. Identify and qualify leads from colleges and institutions to develop a robust pipeline for potential partnerships.
  3. Conduct telephonic discussions with stakeholders to introduce Career Prof's offerings, emphasizing how upskilling programs can benefit their students and faculty.
  4. Build and maintain strong rapport with college decision-makers to increase interest and drive collaborations.
  5. Identify key educational institutions in target regions and analyze their requirements to craft tailored engagement strategies.
  6. Use CRM tools like Kylas, Salesforce, or LeadSquared to maintain detailed records of outreach activities, meetings scheduled, and follow-ups.
  7. Work closely with the Sales & BD team to convert meetings into formal partnerships and meet weekly and monthly targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • B2B Communication Skills: Ability to confidently interact with senior-level stakeholders, including directors and principals.
  • Sales and Counseling Orientation: Prior experience in B2B lead generation, tele counseling, or sales is highly preferred.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building abilities to foster long-term engagement with educational institutions.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems like Kylas, Salesforce, or LeadSquared and call center dialer tools is advantageous.
  • Target Driven: A results-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve meeting generation and appointment targets.
Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this role is INR 15,000 to 25,000 per month, based on experience and performance during the probationary period.

Work Environment

The role is based in Navi Mumbai, with locations including Vashi, KoperKhairane, and Kharghar. The candidate will work in a dynamic sales and counseling environment, focusing on strategic B2B engagements with colleges and universities.
