Responsibilities
  • Work closely with program leaders and senior managers to ensure seamless communication between HR and operations teams, adhering to company policies and best practices.
  • Develop and implement high-impact talent development programs, including HIPO (High-Potential Employees) development and career discussions for Analyst/Senior Analyst groups.
  • Monitor and address performance improvement plans (PIPs) for underperforming employees, ensuring timely completion and closure.
  • Implement attrition management strategies to reduce turnover and improve employee engagement within the program/process area.
  • Achieve a 0% grievance level by identifying and addressing root causes, implementing corrective actions, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Plan and organize engaging events to boost team morale and motivation.
  • Conduct regular pulse meetings with team members to gather feedback, address concerns, and make necessary improvements.
  • Oversee the 90-Day Onboarding Program, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and providing them with the necessary support and resources.
  • Ensure all employees in the program participate in knowledge management training programs, equipping them with essential skills and expertise.
  • Explain the concept of Performance Appraisals within the organization, guiding new managers in evaluating their subordinates effectively.
  • Provide exit interviews to departing employees, gathering valuable insights to inform future HR strategies.
  • Closely monitor PIP cases and BG cases for A/SAs, taking timely action to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance.
