Job DescriptionWe are currently hiring for the role of Sr. Manager Sales HRBP, which requires an individual who can drive strategic HR priorities for our Sales Function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and communicating business needs to HR Solutions, HR Services, and other HRBP's, ensuring successful application of HR solutions through consulting and implementation.
The selected candidate will also be responsible for driving action planning and execution following employee surveys, ensuring a constant focus on improving employee engagement. This will involve leading and/or supporting employee engagement initiatives and activities, taking lead to support Rewards planning and execution of Goal Deployment, performance appraisals, and compensation campaigns.
Additionally, the individual will leverage tools and systems to generate reports and perform analytics in support of the business, ensuring a disciplined and consistent approach and processes for change are utilised in the business for all types of change projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience of 9-15 years in an HR Business Partner role with broad knowledge and experience in human resource management in FMCG, Startup, Fintech. They will be highly motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, possessing excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver results.
Estimated SalaryThe estimated salary for this role is ₹30-45 lakhs per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure is based on industry standards and takes into account the location and job requirements.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires the individual to work closely with the Sales team to develop and implement strategic HR plans. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. They will be a strategic thinker, able to connect HR initiatives to business outcomes, and possess excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
