Role Overview

The Senior HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic thought leader, guiding business units through the full spectrum of HR functions and acting as the key liaison between HR and leadership teams. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, and HR strategy.

This role is designed for an HR leader with a track record of providing high-impact solutions in complex, fast-paced environments. The successful candidate will be able to provide data-driven insights, influence senior stakeholders, and drive HR initiatives that foster business growth and organizational agility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Partnership:
    • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and department heads, shaping and executing HR strategies that align with broader business goals.
    • Partner with leadership to address both immediate and long-term business challenges, providing specialized expertise in workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent optimization.

Organizational Development & Change Management:

  • Design and Implement Organizational Development Programs: Lead initiatives to strengthen the organization's capabilities, including leadership development, talent pipeline management, and succession planning.
  • Employee Engagement and Performance Management: Implement strategies to increase employee engagement, and ensure that performance management processes align with organizational goals.

Change Management:

  • Lead Change Management Initiatives: Support the business through periods of change, whether organizational restructuring, system implementations, or cultural shifts. Develop and execute change management plans that minimize resistance and increase acceptance.
  • Facilitate Smooth Transitions: Ensure employees understand and adapt to changes effectively through clear communication, training programs, and consistent follow-up.
  • Monitor and Measure Change Impact: Use data and feedback to evaluate the success of change initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to ensure that the desired outcomes are achieved.

Employee Relations:

  • Resolve Employee Relations Issues: Provide guidance to management on handling employee concerns, conflicts, and disputes, ensuring fair and compliant resolution processes.
  • Promote a Positive Workplace Culture: Advocate for a workplace culture built on trust, inclusion, and mutual respect, helping to foster a work environment that supports employee well-being.

Talent Acquisition & Retention:

  • Develop Talent Acquisition Strategy: Partner with hiring managers to design and execute effective recruitment strategies, focusing on attracting top talent and building a diverse workforce.
  • Employee Retention Strategies: Implement initiatives to retain high-performing employees, including competitive compensation, career growth opportunities, and creating a strong organizational culture.
Requirements

A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field is required. Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar are highly desirable.
