Top Sales Professional for Furniture Industry Expansion

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team at Coohom and help drive the expansion of our 3D visualization platform solutions into the Indian market.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, with a proven track record of quota-carrying performance in the furniture industry. They will be responsible for developing a sales strategy to expand Coohom's solutions into their region, managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, and collaborating with our marketing, customer success, and product management teams.
As a key member of our sales team, you will contribute to the growth of the business by generating revenue forecasts, achieving quota targets, and identifying new opportunities for expansion. You will also play a vital role in mentoring and onboarding new team members, ensuring a smooth transition and knowledge sharing within the team.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent analytical, business ethics, and relationship-building skills. A solid understanding of common sales methodologies and experience with CRM best practices using tools like HubSpot and Apollo will also be essential. Additionally, you should be self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a sales strategy to expand Coohom solutions into your Region
- Manage the entire sales process from outbound lead generation through to closing
- CRM best practices using HubSpot for pipeline management, Apollo for email campaigns, etc.
- Generate revenue forecasts and achieve quota targets
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and Product Management teams
- Contribute to the growth of the team: interview, onboard, and mentor new reps

Required Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience
- Sales experience in Furniture Industry preferred
- SaaS software sales experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Solid understanding of Common Sales methodology (MEDDIC, Solution or SPIN Selling, etc)
- Strong Analytical (API, eCommerce, SAAS), Business Ethics, and relationship building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, high-energy, and a strong team player
Location: India and China (some travel required)
