Furniture Industry Sales Strategist

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to align efforts and deliver seamless client projects.
- Pricing and Contract Negotiation: Lead pricing and contract negotiations to secure new business deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Market Analysis & Intelligence: Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and position the company as a leader in the furniture sector.
- Performance Reporting & Insights: Maintain accurate sales records, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable insights to management.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, excellent negotiation skills, and in-depth knowledge of the furniture industry. A bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales or business development is required. An MBA is an added advantage. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. The ability to work independently and in a team, along with a willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events, is also necessary.
