Strategic Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Strategic Business Development Manager to lead our ambitious global expansion. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong business and financial acumen, who can confidently agree high-value commercial deals and expand our network in every town and city.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for hunting out exciting opportunities in commercial buildings of all types across your region, pitching for new partnership opportunities, convincing partners to invest in developing a new IWG branded centre, and closing out deals quickly and effectively.
The successful candidate will have a dynamic and versatile approach to business development, tailoring it to our partners' varying commercial needs and requirements. They will also be able to showcase the value of the IWG partnership proposition to their network of B2B connections, source ambitious partners who match our growth goals, and drive rapid growth through building conversions, new development locations or competitor conversions.
In this role, you will actively manage your pipeline of opportunities, driving each one from initial contact through detailed commercial negotiations to a signed commercial agreement. You will work closely with our teams to ensure that our partnerships are mutually beneficial and that we deliver inspiring new partner locations.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers excellent training, development and promotion opportunities, as well as a fantastic incentive scheme. We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £100,000, depending on experience, and a bonus structure that reflects individual and company performance.
