About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Client Servicing Director to lead our client servicing team in Delhi.
Salary: ₹15-18 Lacs per annum
About the Job
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships, leading the client servicing team, and developing and implementing client servicing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, act as the primary point of contact for key clients, understand client requirements thoroughly, and provide tailored event solutions.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the client servicing team to achieve company goals and client satisfaction, set clear performance expectations, and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement client servicing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives, oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of events, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
- Business Development: Collaborate with the business development team to identify and pursue new client opportunities, contribute to the growth of the business by expanding the client base and increasing revenue from existing clients, and monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints, track and report on financial performance, and negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability.
- Quality Control: Ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet or exceed client expectations, implement processes and standards to continuously improve service delivery and client satisfaction, and address any client complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and present regular reports on client servicing performance, financials, and client feedback, and use data-driven insights to improve client servicing strategies and processes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in client servicing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the event management industry.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale events and a business portfolio of similar value.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
