Ecommerce Business Development Manager

Jimmy Luxury is a leading e-commerce company looking for a highly skilled Ecommerce Business Development Manager to join our team.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities- Product Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize product listings, ensuring accurate and consistent information across all online platforms.
- Digital Marketing: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics and adjust strategies as needed. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional content and campaigns that align with the brand's objectives.
- Logistic Management: Manage the order fulfilment process, coordinating with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery. Process returns, refunds, and exchanges, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce performance, such as sales, conversion rates, and customer retention. Prepare regular reports on e-commerce activity, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices. Identify and implement new tools, technologies, and processes to enhance the e-commerce experience and drive growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven 2+ years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of online retail, digital marketing strategies, and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
