Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic experienced HR Professional to join our team as a Strategic HR Business Partner. This role will be responsible for partnering with various stakeholders to implement HR strategies that support business goals, fostering a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives, and collaborating with the Corporate HR team to drive talent development and acquisition.
About the Role:
- Implement Continuous Performance Management System, including Goal Setting, Performance Reviews, and feedback mechanisms
- Identify high-potential employees and ensure they go through Talent Development Centre
- Collaborate with Corporate HR team to ensure employee participation in Individual Development Plans
- Drive Recognition and Reward programs to recognize high-performing employees
- Lead Talent Acquisition for the Unit, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates
- Implement strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Oversee Onboarding and integration process for new hires
- Identify training needs within the Unit and ensure training programs are conducted
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the role of HRBP, a strong communication skills, both oral and written, and proven team leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment. Any Graduate + MBA in HR is preferred.
