Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Business Development Manager to lead and mentor a team of business development executives while driving client acquisition efforts in the furniture, home decor, LED lighting, stone, solar, and construction industries.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, train, and motivate the business development team to achieve targets
- Personally engage in business development activities to onboard manufacturers, suppliers, and retailers to our e-commerce platform
- Leverage industry connections to generate high-quality leads
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and ensure goals are met
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business development and team management, a strong network in relevant industries, excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, and be target-driven with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
This role offers a competitive salary range of 75k to 80k per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. As a senior member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with industry leaders and shape the future of digital commerce.
