Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales & Business Development Intern to join our team at Elemantix Ltd.

This internship offers an exciting opportunity to learn key sales and business development strategies, with the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • P prospect Engagement: Reach out to prospective students and families to explain our services and address their queries.
  • L lead Conversion: Work on converting inquiries into consultancy deals by effectively presenting our value proposition.
  • R relationship Building: Support the development of partnerships with universities, accommodation providers, and other service partners.
  • M market Research: Conduct research to identify new growth opportunities and trends in the educational consultancy market.
  • S sales Strategy: Assist in creating sales pitches, presentations, and proposals for prospective clients and partners.
  • R reporting: Track and analyze sales metrics to identify areas of improvement and provide actionable insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Sales Acumen: Interest in sales, customer engagement, and relationship management.
  • O organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • R research Abilities: Proficiency in conducting market and competitor research.
  • T tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace is a plus.
  • T team Player: Willingness to collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve common goals.
