About Aero Armour:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team at Aero Armour. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Establish strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Negotiation and Contracting:
    • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements with clients to maximize revenue and profitability.
    • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all sales documentation and contracts.
  • Market Analysis and Insights:
    • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
    • Provide feedback to the product development team on market needs and customer preferences.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in B2B sales, preferably in the outdoor or adventure sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per annum, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement savings, and professional development opportunities.
