Sales Business Development Professional

Ten Consulting, a leading provider of innovative business and technology solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented MBA intern to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Business Development Professional, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in both B2B and B2C sales, contributing directly to the growth and success of Ten Consulting.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a talented individual who can identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Research and identify potential clients through various channels, conduct market research and competitor analysis, and qualify leads based on their potential value and fit with Ten Consulting's services.
- Sales Prospecting & Pipeline Management: Initiate and maintain contact with prospective clients, build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, schedule and conduct product demonstrations and presentations, and track and analyze sales performance data.
- Client Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, understand client needs, provide excellent customer service, and address client inquiries effectively.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-starter.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
