Strategic Partnership Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Partnership Developer to join our team at Give. As a key member of our growth team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to establish and maintain partnerships with corporate social responsibility (CSR) decision-makers.
Based in Delhi NCR, this is a hybrid role that offers the perfect blend of work-from-home flexibility and opportunities for frequent travel. With a competitive salary range of ₹1.2 crores - ₹1.8 crores per annum, we offer a challenging and rewarding career path for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of overall experience, with at least 3 years in a fundraising, growth, sales, or B2B relationships and partnerships role. A genuine interest in the social impact sector is essential, as well as strong communication skills, great listening skills, and top-tier academic and professional credentials.
Ambitious professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are self-motivated, high-confidence, and risk-takers will find this role both exciting and fulfilling. Prior experience in consulting would be an added advantage, but not essential.
