Strategic Partnerships Director

About the Role
Cisco is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnerships Director to join our India partner sales organization. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for growing the overall Cisco business in line with Cisco priorities and managing executive relationships/engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic alignment between Partners & Cisco's Sales Teams to maximize success.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and grow a profitable business focused on Cisco Solutions.
- Develop and execute GTM strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Manage executive relationships and effectively resolve any conflicts/escalations.
About You
- 8-12 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partner Alliance management.
- Strong knowledge of networking and IT, with Cisco knowledge preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth and profitability.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage at the executive level.
