Role Overview

This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining strategic partnerships that enhance RARE's brand and deliver value to its members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partnership Development: Identify and secure partnerships for brands and companies that provide access, luxury products, and special services.
  • Proposal and Contract Management: Develop and manage partnership proposals, agreements, and contracts.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, sponsors, and collaborators.
  • KPI Management: Set up KPIs for evaluating the success of partnerships and monitor them.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in partnership development, preferably within a luxury or lifestyle brand.
  • Skills: Proven track record of successful partnership management and business development, excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
