Role Summary

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Development Analyst at RNB Global University. The Development Analyst will support the Development team in growing the university's development, with an aim to forge strategic partnerships and create a sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform landscape research to provide sector understanding to the development team
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns
  • Build a funder database to identify potential opportunities
  • Support proposal writing and due diligence for fundraising
  • Track and create funder resource reports and progress updates for internal and external communication

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and research abilities
  • Effective communication skills
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in development and non-profit fundraising
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Education or Communication
