Strategic Partnerships Director

The selected candidate will be responsible for achieving the organization\'s fundraising targets through corporate partnerships. This will involve business development, strategy formulation, and relationship management.
The role requires strong networking skills to maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including existing and potential donors. The successful candidate will also be involved in identifying and tracking funding opportunities, as well as preparing customized proposals for potential donors.
In addition to these responsibilities, the candidate will be expected to manage existing relationships, cultivate new ones, and ensure donor servicing and retention. This includes coordinating with the Communications team to develop a digital media strategy for corporates aligned with branding guidelines.
The role also involves supporting the Corporate Partnerships Head in developing a robust fundraising strategy and leveraging existing relationships to establish new partnerships. The successful candidate will need to be open to traveling to regional offices to meet with donors and accompany them on site visits.
Eligibility and QualificationsThe ideal candidate should have a post-graduate degree in business management, MSW, Developmental studies, CSR, or a related field from a reputable university/institute. They should also have 7-9 years of experience in a similar organizational/functional context.
Key skills required include fluency in English, Hindi, and regional languages, as well as strong numeracy, attention to detail, and ability to use spreadsheets and analyze complex budgets. The candidate should also possess excellent relationship and networking skills to maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders.
