Job Description

As a Sales Manager for Tile Adhesives at 2coms, you will be responsible for identifying and appointing dealers to increase market penetration and reach. You will analyze sales plans and implement activities to achieve targeted sales. Your role will involve overseeing sales activities, assisting dealers in achieving targets, and providing training. You will also ensure the seeding of new products in the right channels and ensure SKU range availability at key outlets. Additionally, you will conceptualize and implement sales promotional programs for brand building and ensure profitability of dealers. Your territory monitoring report will include competitor activities, and you will conduct retail audits to assess market potential. You should have experience in sales of adhesives and a minimum of 2 years in Tile Adhesives sales. The location for this role is Bhubaneswar.
