Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Identifying and appointing dealers to expand market reach and increase depth market share.
  • Analyzing sales plans and comparing them with last year's base, implementing suitable sales activities to achieve targeted sales.
  • Overseeing sales activities to achieve increased sales growth, maximizing volume and value growth in the market.
  • Providing training to dealers to help them achieve targets.
  • Seeding new products in the right distribution channels.
  • Ensuring SKU availability at key outlets.
  • Conceptualizing and implementing sales promotional programs for brand building.
  • Ensuring dealer profitability, aligning with organizational policies and interests.
  • Preparing monthly territory monitoring reports, including competitor activities.
  • Conducting retail audits to assess market potential and competitors' sales strategies.
  • Resolving dealer issues to maintain smooth business relations.
  • Having experience in sales of adhesives.
