Job Overview

Sunzar Solar, a pioneering solar e-commerce platform based in Ahmedabad, is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Growth Manager to drive business expansion and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them
  • Built and maintain strong relationships with clients, installers, and manufacturers
  • Collaborate with content creators and SEO consultants to develop effective sales strategies
  • Develop and execute sound business strategies for sales and supplier acquisition
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business development efforts
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum two years experience in business development
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Experience in business development and client relationship management
  • Knowledge of the solar industry and renewable energy technologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Compensation and Benefits:
  • A competitive salary of Rs. 15 lakhs per annum (approximately $20,000 USD)
