Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team at Hiring Heads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion in new markets.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans, sales strategies, and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and develop relationships with key clients and partners to drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business strategies and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 0-1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
